NotifyMail System Requirements

Proper use of NotifyMail requires that you meet the Server Requirements listed below and either the Macintosh Requirements or Windows Requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Note: NotifyMail requires a dedicated connection to the internet or an intranet (Dialup, i.e. modem, connections are not supported).

 

Server Requirements

In order to function properly, your mail server must support NotifyMail. Before installing NotifyMail, please check the following list to verify that your server is listed. If you have a question about what kind of server you are using, please contact the postmaster of your domain.

 

Note: NotifyMail will NOT work with major Internet service providers such as AT&T Worldnet, Pacific Bell Internet Services, Compuserve, America Online, Netcom, Mindspring, etc. If you are unsure if NotifyMail will work for you, please contact the postmaster for your domain.

Note: NotifyMail may work with other mail servers. If you are a system administrator and are using a server that is not listed, please contact our technical support department.
